VICE CITY CYPHER is the name of my Promotion Company and Crew with CHARLES FAST, J 5YVE, THE BENCHWARMERS CLIQUE, MELODIK, SAHEED, ULYSSES, SILENT HAND SOLDIERS, EKYM 1536, DJ BEN WORKIN, DJ TWINN and more. VCC was always meant to be an all-inclusive Crew, just another name for the South Florida MC Community. So if you rap in South Florida...I officially welcome you to the VCC.
