After writing the first couple of tracks for THE WATERPROOF, I heard DJ PROOF & GHOST OF THE MACHINE: HEROES FOR HIRE 1 & 2. Those 2 albums almost put me in the retirement home. They almost killed the creation of this album. The level of Hip Hop these 2 dropped together was going to be hard to match. I had some big shoes to fill. Out of respect and as a huge fan, I reached out to GHOST who blessed me with one hell of a verse. As I mentioned before, this is one of the only beats that is not off of THE BIRTH TAPE 3. As soon as I heard this on the QUARANTINE SLAPS 1 tape, I hit Proof up and locked down the beat. GOTM had his verse for me a couple of weeks later. Thank you for the contribution Big Ghost.
Fun Side Note: The first lines to my verse should be familiar to all my PROFRESH brothers and those who know me from my earliest days as H2O
